Today, ı will introduce you a 3D game and give tips about how you can use it in language teaching environment. It is "Sinespace".
Sinespace is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online unity 3D-based platform.It enables users to create and sell 3D content and interact with others as 3D characters. Players can create and customize their own 3D worlds and contents such as cars, homes, vehicles, avatar clothing and gestures. You can use this platform in language teaching but HOW?
You can create your own world an use it as a classroom.Then, with your help, students can create their avatars which will be very funny and educative activity because while they are creating their avatars, they can learn the body parts in english.They can learn clothing vocabulary, game vocabulary etc. Then, you can arrange a game-hour with your students. You might want them to make a role-play activity. Also, they can create their homes, they can watch each other and make comments etc.

You can teach "Seasons" to your students while they are playing game. You can arrange spesific settings, spesific personalities and so on... It is totally up to your imagination!!!
We are in the age of "technology." As a teacher, you either keep up with the technology and be the winner, or you say I can't and become looser. This is your choice!!!
