In this blog, we will look at another app which can be effective in language teaching. It is called "Quizlet." By using quizlet, you can create word cards, tense cards for your students. When ı was in highschool ı was using these kind of word-cards to expend my vocabulary but preparing them was really hard.Since ı was cutting paper and
writing one side word for example : SAVE
on the other side: KAYDETMEK
After writing them, ı had to buy a box to put them in the box. But when ı was studying the cards, most of them was falling and getting lost.
By using quizlet, you can prepare these word-cards easily for students without fearing of losing them. Students can use them whenever they need. You can make activities before starting your lesson. By doing so, students can prepare their brain to English and they will be able to focus on the lesson more easily.
To be able to use Quizlet; first of all you should create an account:
Then, you should write a topic for your cards and you can start creating your cards. I choosed the most common 10 phrasal verbs in English.
