Augmented Reality

Helloo!!

In this post, ı will explain my ideas about Augmented Reality and how we can use it in classroom environment.

 First of all, what is Augmented Reality? 

It is a technology that superimposes a computer-generated image on a user's view of the real world, thus providing a composite view.

  To be able to use it in language teaching process, there are many apps designed for this goal. I found UniteAR. It is so easy to use. In this app there are already designed characters, images for AR. 

I used 2 of them to show you examples of how realistic and amazing side of AR.

As you can see, there are realistic images. If you know how to use them in education, students will be looking forward to your classes. You can use it in vocabulary lessons. For example, if you want to teach them "Body Parts", you can show them an image of human anatomy.Then,you can ask them to analyze it using vocabulary skills. It will provide effective learning environment.
