In this blog, we will look at ''udemy" .Udemy is an online learning and teaching marketplace with over 100000 course and 24 million students.It provides both free and paid courses.You can choose your course according to your interest.In every category,you can so many course from different teachers.At the end of the course, you can get a certificate stating that you have completed the course.

In udemy, ı took 2 course.First one is Yin Yoga for Sleep.  It was so beneficial for me because ı had some sleeping problems after the earthquake .But thanks to this course, ı was feeling relaxed and easily falling a sleep.The teacher's voice was so soft. The Yin Yoga for Sleep course is consist of 7 lecture.Each of the lesson shows us different tips. 

The teacher teaches us many different concepts, from stretching the muscles to breathing exercises, from different sleeping styles to sleeping patterns.

The second one is a really short course which is Hair Braiding Course For Beginners.In this course, ı learned 7 basic braids.These are:

1-Strand Braid

2-The Rope Braid

3-Reverse Braid

4-Classic French Braid

5-The Fishtail Braid

6-Strand Braid (in different way)

7- The Infinity Braid
